Add a Banner

NOTE: Banners are graphic elements that automatically fade in/out used to capture your visitors' attention. Normally, banners are used to advertise your most important events and announcements. You don't want more than 5 or 6 banners at any one time, though, because the visitor may not view the page long enough to see all the banners. Minimal text will be put on a banner as most will be viewed on a mobile device.
